Helpful hints......

All properties are rented on an Application basis – not “first in first served”

The interior of a property must be inspected before an application can be made. Properties cannot be rented sight unseen. References are important; these can be provided from a previous landlord, employer or a person who knows your character. Unfortunately not all applications are successful, and the final decision will always be made by the property landlord. We are unable to give reasons for applications being unsuccessful however this does not mean your application will not be successful for an alternative property.
